1. Ordering & Payment

You must be 18+ or have parental permission to place an order.

Prices, availability, and offerings are subject to change at any time without notice.

We accept all major payment methods supported by Shopify, including credit cards and PayPal.

2. Custom Orders

Custom pieces are made-to-order and created specifically based on the details, measurements, and design direction provided by the client.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all measurements and information submitted are accurate at the time of ordering. SLP Couture is not responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

Custom orders begin production after consultation, design confirmation, and deposit/payment approval.

Due to the nature of custom work:

  • No cancellations are accepted after 24 hours of purchase
  • No refunds are issued once production has begun
  • Minor adjustments may be made at SLP Couture’s discretion if needed to ensure quality and fit
  • If an error occurs on our end, we will correct, repair, or remake the piece as necessary

All custom garments are one-of-one creations and may vary slightly from initial sketches due to construction methods, fabric behavior, or design feasibility.

3. Pricing & Custom Work

All pricing is based on design complexity, materials, construction techniques, and production time.

Custom pieces typically begin at $250, with final pricing confirmed after consultation and design review.

If significant changes are made after pricing is confirmed, additional fees may apply.

4. Production Timeline

Each SLP Couture piece is handcrafted and requires time for design, sourcing, construction, and finishing.

Standard production timelines range from 2–6 weeks after final design approval and payment confirmation.

More complex or couture-level pieces may require additional time.

Timelines are estimates and may shift due to material availability, design changes, or external delays. Clients will be updated if adjustments are needed.

5. Shipping

We ship worldwide.

Shipping times are separate from production timelines and vary based on location and carrier.

SLP Couture is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other external factors.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our work:

  • Custom items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange
  • Sample sale, clearance, and final sale items are also non-returnable
  • Ready-to-wear items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, sketches, logos, branding, and content belong to SLP Couture.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or copying of designs is strictly prohibited.

For collaborations or licensing inquiries, please contact us directly.

8. Limitation of Liability

SLP Couture is not liable for any damages, injuries, or issues arising from the wearing or use of our products.

Your personal information is kept secure and is never sold or shared improperly.

10. Changes to Terms
